Great service and very friendly. I know very little about cars and didn't feel like my lack of knowledge would be taken advantage of. They spent the extra minute to make sure I understood the service I was getting before and gave me every opportunity to change my mind. Their prices were very reasonable and they were very quick!

The service was first class. I had called at 7:50 a.m. needing my battery replaced. By 8:30, Dave was at my house, jumped my car, took it back to the shop, replaced the battery and brought my car back to me. This kind of service is almost unheard of in this day and age. I will forever be a loyal customer to Brown Automotive, LLC.

Vern repaired several things on my car for far less than the dealer quoted. He got the work done much faster than I thought and communicated updates regularly. ill be back in the future if other work needs to be done!

Vern and his staff are always honest! They do great work and I trust him. It's also nice to know that he prioritizes what really needs to get fixed instead of suggesting I get everything done all at once. We don't have money to fix all the problems right away. I also appreciate Vern taking me to work. It's nice not having to worry about getting a vehicle when he's going to work on my vehicle.
