Fantastic customer service is the exception in most businesses - not at H&R Carpet. From step one with picking out carpet through installation, I received excellent, professional and courteous customer service. I called the shop several times with questions and received prompt replies every time. All time lines were honored from measuring, arrival of carpet to the shop through installation. I love the new carpet and how it looks in my home! Wonderful experience!

This is the second time our family has worked with H&R Carpets for flooring and window coverings and there is a reason we are repeat customers. H&R simply does not disappoint. Trying to write a review that does their services justice is incredibly hard. You have to experience their services to appreciate them. What I can say is that they do far more than carpet sales and installation. We worked with Tammy Endres for both building projects who not only helped us pick out flooring, shower tile and tile around our fireplace, but also helped us with paint color coordination. If you've ever built a new home, you know how overwhelming that can be as well as making sure everything picked out looks great together. Tammy makes the process absolutely painless. The fact that she helped us coordinate paint colors went above and beyond what we expected. She took time to get to know us as people as well as our preferences for design. We NEVER felt like a number or just another customer. COVID posed it's challenges with product availability, but Tammy kept us posted every step of the way, and when we encountered products on backorder, she made herself available to meet with us asap. Tammy is simply AMAZING as is Brent Ziegler. Their staff is incredibly professional and they embody the term "the customer comes first". Honestly, they feel like family to us and I'm bummed this will likely be our last time working with them. If you are in need of an expert who is with you every step of the way, give Tammy a call. New home or remodel. You will not be disappointed.

My daughter and I went shopping for carpet here. We were very happy with the service. They are very friendly and helpful. Very prompt. We got measurements done and the estimate the next day after shopping for carpet. Now we are waiting for the carpet to come in. We can't wait!

I have been in the carpet maintenance business for over 30 years. H&R recently installed carpet in 4 areas of our house and I cannot emphasize the quality of their work. Andrew was our main installer and his skill is 5 stars compared to other installers I have used in the past. Not only did he install quickly, but he has knowledgeable ideas for the little things that crop up during the installation, like how to cover up blemishes in our tile, or woodwork. Great Job H&R!

We ordered carpet through H&R Carpets shortly after we ordered a new couch. We explained that we were in a bit of a rush to get new carpet installed prior to the couch being delivered. H&R was very accommodating to our schedule, in addition to being very professional while we chose which style of carpet to purchase. The installer was also very professional, easy to talk with, and did a great job with the installation. I highly recommend using H&R for your flooring needs!
