Unless you have money and time to burn - do not take your boat to Pharo for service. The customer service was terrible. I had to call multiple times to try and find out what was going on. I was transferred around and every time they acted like it was the first time I talked to them. They promised to return calls and didn't. I never got an estimate (I know-my bad). Didn't find out the labor to change a trim motor on a 75 horse Yamaha was 600 until I picked it up. As I hooked up my boat by myself in the \back-forty\ - I see the boat is full of leaves and branches that I get to clean up. I guess the labor would have been 700 if they cleaned up the mess from their yard. When I was shocked at the price during check out, the employee said \this is why I don't own a boat\. Not a good experience!!

Have not bought our boat yet, but just the process of getting quotes and looking at boats in the showroom has been great. I have been working with Matt Lindner and he has been so responsive and helpful. Hope to order our boat this week. I'll update my review once we have finalized our purchase. Update: I ordered our boat! There were no surprise costs and I feel we got a very fair price! Can’t wait for next summer

We purchased a pontoon boat this weekend, and I can not believe the service that was provided for us. I rarely use the term \top notch\, but I will in this case! Matt and a few others working there were very patient with us when bouncing back and forth from boat to boat and answering all of our questions, as this is our family's first boat! Highly recommended and when we are ready to upgrade our boat, I will for sure be back! Love this place! Thank you Pharo and super happy to make memories with my family!

I was planning on buying a Lund here, but there was no negotiating on price. The salesman's attitude gave me the impression that \we are Lund and do not need to negotiate\. When I decided on which model I wanted, the guy never sent me the info I requested. The staff IS very friendly, knowledgeable, and the showroom was clean. I ended up shopping around and found a great dealership 2 hours away that was very honest and gave me a competitive price from the start. The service I received was so great I have referred five of my friends here. One already bought a boat. The others are waiting for Winter/Spring.
