Be cautious of the "quoted monthly rate" here, and expect the number they quote you to be drastically lower than reality. Take my advice and go an actual Verizon store rather than an "authorized dealer," they are much more knowledgeable and equipped to assist.

Stopped in with a family member for phone assistance. We were told it would be a half hour wait so we stayed and waited. We waited over an hour and still no assistance so we left and went to another location.

Ben has help me with both phones and I feel like he has gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy and our phones were set up properly. He is always friendly when I have stopped in to ask a question or if I am having an issue with my account or phones.
