So I made an appointment for my husband because he hasn’t been to an eye doctor in years. The staff were very pleasant from start to finish. Heather was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Diane was super friendly, professional and nice to work with. She took the time to ask my husband if he had any issues or concerns with his eyes and documented them for the doctor to look at. Unlike other office chains where you feel like just another number, Diane and Dr. Pray took their time with us. Dr. Pray was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he saw in the pictures that Diane took of my husband’s eyes. Very pleasant experience overall and we highly recommend!

I've been a patient of Dr. Guaerke for many years. Found out when scheduling my routine exam appointment, he had already retired. Well, I thought, if Dr. Guaerke was satisfied with the doctors who were taking over his patients, I should give them a try. I certainly was not disappointed. Dr. Pray and the attending technicians were very thorough, patient and efficient. Dr. Guaerke made an excellent choice in his decision. Thank you.

Exceptional care , state of the art equipment to assist diagnoses, professionally explained all details of findings and recommendations. Our family ranged from 4 years old to 87 and all treated with care and kindness. Dr Jake Prey and staff receive 5 stars, so much so we will continue the 3 1/2 hour trip to do so.

This was my first visit the Advanced Family Eyecare and I will happily go back again and again. The receptionist was super helpful with the insurance coverages. The nurse was very polite. The Dr. put everything into terms that I could understand and made me very comfortable with his decisions.

Amazing service as soon as I walked in the door. Brianna explained everything very well and made you feel comfortable. Dr Pray explained everything in detail about my eyes and was open to questions (which I didn't have any because they did so well). Highly recommended if your looking for a family eye doctor.
