We've had many great experiences at C&J but this last one was eye-opening downright amazing. They fixed an issue our C5500 went to a big Appleton company for and they couldn't even diagnose in 4 days of looking at it. Big Co charged us for that time, didn't fix it. C&J figured it out and repaired it within 2 days. We happily pay for services that *fix*, thank you C&J!
