Have you ever entered a business and upon entering felt dread in your heart?! First impressions are lasting...and sometimes they're burned into your soul...the first gentleman I saw was busy and didn't even look up...was I bothered by his rainbow hair? Nope...was it his really long fingernails? Maybe....but the kicker was the 2nd gentleman, he lacked knowledge, confidence and social skills...he held my laptop like he didn't know what it was....A million scenarios ran thru my head in regards to pics and private things on my laptop...and I snatched my computer back, said I'd think about it...and left as quickly as possible. I went outside turned the corner and there it was, STEREN electronic solutions...a real store with a kind, knowledgeable gentleman that went above and beyond and fixed my hard drive in less than a week.He was AWESOME and is my new computer guy!
