Went there with dental insurance because they are in plan .Told them only do what my insurance covers unless they tell me what I need and I say ok. Went then in frist time yep you have a tooth that has to come out.I was able to get appointment couple day later .boo that appointment was for road mapping. My third appointment my tooth was pulled.My insurance pays for one set of xrays they did two. Even after I told them you already did xrays. Ok cleaning teeth I had insurance for that.Wrong they did a different cleaning that's not covered.Price176.They did 90 percent told me to come back .I asked is that included in the first cleaning told me yes ask someone else they said no . THEY ARE NOT UP FRONT WITH THERE SERVICE.YOU will not know what is covered till you get you bill. ALSO many insurance will not pay for white filling in back tooth.They only do white filling soo you get a big bill for a filling you thought was covered. I talked to them many times , deaf ears if you have no insurance and qualify for sliding scale .You might like them but if you have insurance they will rip you off.

The worst serviced ever. Their receptionist are cocky and rude. They never answer Spanish speakers. I had to call the Boston branch to get a hold of the Wautoma branch. When they transfer me is the only way I could talk to the Wautoma clinic. When I do show up I never see anybody on the phone. But yet when I call nobody will answer me. I don’t recommend this place to anybody just got a wild rose or Berlin.

We keep getting bills that should have been sent to medicare. We've been there two years and for some reason this year we are having problems. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. We will be leaving as soon as we can.

Went for a filling months ago. They couldn't numb it. So got on cancellation list. Got called for appt, BUT they didn't tell me to come an hour early, so as I drove to appt they called n told me it was cancelled. Next appt was my fault, as I had pneumonia n cancelled days before. Now TODAY I went for filling...FINALLY... MONTHS BEYOND FIRST TRY. RECEPTIONIST & TECH KNEW I WAS THERE FOR A FILLING, BUT DOCTOR HAD NO CLUE. NOW MONTHS AFTER I NEEDED A FILLING, MY INSURANCE HAS PAID FOR 3 SETS OF X-RAYS, SHOTS, OFFICE VISITS AND AND AND HAVE SPENT HOURS OF MY TIME AND OVER 150 MILES OF GAS N WEAR N TEAR ON VEHICLE I'M NO CLOSER TO GETTING TOOTH FIXED.
