Anyone that works in the scheduling department is completely incompetent. They will schedule you for an appointment at 1 o'clock but you will be still sitting in the waiting Room unseen at 1:45 complete waste of time. No need for it. If you cant get people in to see a doctor at the times scheduled or even 30 minutes after the appointment time WAS SUPPOSED to be then start scheduling people later. Your patients shouldnt have to feel the burden of your incompetence and bad time management skills

The nurse practioners are okay but the nurses themselves have no idea what they're talking about nor how medication works. Told me to take daily supplements of steroids at once when they are to be spread out throughout the day! The staff are terrible with bad attitudes and frequently mess around rather than help patients, LONG wait times with calls taking 30 minutes or more...on slow days! Busy days? Dont even bother coming, youll be waiting for hours upon hours. Never seen a single doctor in this place and the staff that actually try to help and make life easier on the patients are rare and look so beaten down that its no surprise they just give up after extended periods. If there was another hospital in Waverly this place would be out of business...too bad there isnt.

I wish I could give zero stars..i have been to this place twice and never once been treated. Just went in this morning for migraine and was put in a room with a little exam table, when rooms with beds where available and empty! Walked out and asked for a pillow and was told to stay in my room very rudely. Said they would look to see if they HAVE any pillows. I mentioned I was hearing barking sounds, because I have a bad migraine headache, and the doctor comes in my room gets chest to chest with me, points his finger in my face and says “you aren’t gonna make fun of other patients” What!?!? Needless to say, an argument erupted and I was kicked out very aggressively with security. It’s jail treatment! I wouldn’t take my dog to this place! I will never go back and will never take my children back here again! No care and concern! Zero stars!
