Charms Pool is a JOKE!!! They sent 3 guys out to my house to install a pool. One sat in the truck scratching off lottery tickets the whole time, the other cut the roots and the other guy stood there with a level. They got in there truck and left never noticed us what was going on. I called the pool company and they said the ground is to wet to place the pool. They left the boxes wide opened they never even tried leveling the ground nor did they even have sand to put down!!! They promised to have a pool and to be swimming by July 1st!! DON’T ever use charm pools worst company around keep your money or use a different pool company if you’re looking for a pool!!!

Very rude lady! Not good customer service at all! We went 2 times thinking she was having a bad day! Nope both days rude an not willing to help!
