Made my appointment back in November for Feb. 24th... they waited until I arrived to my appointment to let me know they couldn’t take my insurance (care source, which they have always accepted) at this time because they were switching vendors but they would call me when they could and had an available time. I’m infuriated at the fact that it took me nearly 3 months to get in just for them to not be able to see me! Between this and the fact that they keep you at the office all day I’m deffinelty switching eye doctors! This is ridiculous it’s near impossible for me to get in as it is with me working two jobs.... I WONT BE BACK!
