Great Customer Service! I recently was working on a Cedar Pergola and wanted to use 4 x 6 dimensions. I received excellent customer service from Mark Hunt and the delivery team, as well as great communication along the way. What's more, when I had to return some of the wood (too large for my truck to haul) they even offered to pick it up next time through my neighborhood. Doesn't get much better than that. I'm not going to say it's the company, in the street entrance to make the deliveries and when you're inside you can see the sign of not parking in the entrance .... The staff told me that Morning I could not be there( They never said anything to me with education or something like that, please if you could move your truck we need the free street for the exit and entrance of our cars )was something Rude, and they saw some Racism and no Education ... If they want nobody to park in that street they must put the Sing outside before entering, I do not know how they can have people representing this company with so bad attitude
