Just took 3.5 to get my oil change. Showed up a little before 2. Was told it would be a 1.5 hour wait I understand waiting. I’ve never gotten out of this Walmart for an oil change in under an hour. I figured I’d be there for about 2 hours and still have time to get the things I needed to do done. Nope! I was leaving at 5:30. On top of it, at the end, they told me my keys were in my car. They weren’t. They had to look two other places before they found them in someone else’s car. I finally get out to my car and it didn’t start. I’m sure they left a door or something open, causing my lights to stay on, but seriously?! The gentleman who jumped my car was very nice and helpful (I think his name was Brian?). Other than that, it was my final straw with Walmart’s auto service. It’s my own fault, I should know better.

They put the wrong tires on my van. They didn't mischarge for them but they were not the ones I said I wanted.

Had two new tires put on the front of my wife's car, less than a week later she started experiencing a severe tire shake. I took the car back to wal-mart for them to inspect but was told I needed to \stop being cheap and buy new tires for the rear\, what I found funny was I had in fact done so just two weeks previous. I decided to take the car to the tire shop down the road where they found the front driver wheel missing balancing weights. GO FIGURE! Moral of the story I should have in fact stopped giving my money to Wal-Mart and taken my business to a real tire shop. Sometimes you really do get what you pay for.

I have always had issues with the fact that they hire untrained idiots to work in the auto center but here they miss placed my old tire I wanted back... I had to threaten to call the police to get it back... out of the employees trunk...really he took my bald tire.
