I love the food and cleanliness, but customer service is very poor! Apparently there is no free refills, there is no sign so I didn't know, an employee was incredibly rude about it! I hadn't left the building yet, I was still shopping. And the corporate office was no better! If you expect to enforce no free refills at a self serve station, there should be a sign! Update; still unhappy! Quality has seriously declined, squashed the life out of my sandwich
I am wheelchair bound. I called for assistance. She was wonderful. She even cleaned my windows without being asked.
I frequent this location often for food and coffee. Staff are friendly and store is clean and organized. It has good outside lighting and feels safe when I need to pump gas after work in the evening. Food is delicious and good quality. Nice variety too.
Staff can be very rude. They've messed up my order twice. I understand mistakes happen and don't mind waiting for it to be fixed, but they were not very nice and they tried to blame me for giving me the wrong food or missing items entirely.

I was in there this morning around 10. I did not feel safe from covid since there was. Atleast 3 men without masks in the store. Alltho there was a sign on the door to wear a mask. I did not hear any wawa employee state they had to wear a mask for service.yet i being a woman have to wear a shirt for service. This wawa puts people at risk and i will let everyone i know and my 5000 fb friends know not to go hear because your store is not safe.
