My experience was great here which is truly a shame because I will not be back. Prior to my visit I specifically asked if they were in network and if my cleaning etc. would be covered. I was told yes that they were in network, so I was surprised a month later to get a bill in the mail. In all fairness this was in the fine print which they pointed out to me after telling me they would not credit the amount for my visit. The experience could have been a good one, but was ruined by the fact that they were dishonest over the phone and not willing to correct the issue to keep a patient. I will not be going back and hope that they will be more honest and forthcoming with their customers going forward.

The redhead never hurt me but the blonde works with me once and hurt me and I ended up with an infection. Never have had a bad dental experience till the new lady touched me. The front desk never informed me that my new insurance was out of network with the clinic. So now I have a huge bill and Connie won’t reschedule me to get my other work done till I pay my bill down. She said she would call but now it’s been 6 months and still no call. I’ve been paying every month. Guess I’ll just switch dentist. I have quite a few people around town tell me that they have had not so great or bad experience since they got the new dentist in the office.

LOVE the whole group! I've been going to Dr. Singleton for years. She's sensitive to my phobia of pain and I am treated like family by every member of the staff. My husband's insurance changed and he opted to pay cash rather than use a different dentist. That's how much we would rather go to this group over any other dentist in the DFW Metroplex. Can't say enough...

Amazing experience. Always greeted by name with a friendly smile. The hygienist is thorough, talks through everything and great memory for patient notes. Dr. Singleton is wonderful! It’s all about developing a trusting relationship and I appreciate their attention to detail and family atmosphere. Highly recommend them!
