I’ve been bringing my son here since he was a baby, he’s 5 now. This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is always friendly and the visits are always pleasant. Today my son had to get his first feeling and of course I was nervous for him, more so because she had to get the numbing shot in his gums. When I say they took care of my baby! I was so happy! They were gentle and talked him through everything. He did not flinch or cry. I love this place and so does my son.

I do not recommend. Today is January 6th, our insurance changed with the new year. Today is the 3rd business day of the new year. I called at 8:45 am to give them the new dental insurance before my kids’ appointments at 2:00 pm. We are not new patients. My appointment had been scheduled 6 months ago, purposefully for today when my kids do NOT have school. They refused to see my kids because I had not provided insurance information 24 hours in advance. Well I did not have the information to give them until this morning. They were completely rude and unwilling to help due to their 24 hour policy. I have never known a health provider to not be willing to take my new insurance right before I’m walking into my appointment. I understand they have a way of doing things but I also understand that life happens and sometimes there are exceptions to the rule. They may be fully capable dentists but I will no longer take my kids there due to the way their office staff treated me this morning.

My daughter had her first dentist visit and she was a little nervous. The staff was amazing and made her, and myself, feel so much better and at ease. So happy to have found this place.

We have been going to this location for about a year. My son Logan gets very nervous and talkative that’s usual for 8years. But the staff here listen to his questions and needs. After the treatment he comes out with a smile and let’s everyone know. Staff is so professional and friendly. We love it and we let everyone know.

The entire staff is friendly from arrival to check out. Facility was nice and clean. No wait time. Jessi was very patience with my grandson and Dr. Castro was very thorough and clear as she examined his mouth.
