Dr. Bessert is caring and compassionate and she listens to what you have to say. Dr. Bessert is cooperate in taking care of her patients. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Bessert. Dr. Bessert is a sweetheart!

Worst experience my family has had with medical professionals. We went through her for about a year, which was a year too long. She caused many problems within my family. I’m not the type to leave negative reviews at all, but this was necessary. If i could, I would give her 0 stars.

I have had a fabulous PCP for the past 22yrs. Dr Bessert was my mother’s doctor in the past. Looking for a doctor closer to home was my desire-even with the anticipation of leaving one I loved (due to location) How could I not give my own mothers doctor a try? After seeing Dr Bessert yesterday I know I have made a wise decision! She & her staff were welcoming, thorough, & met my expectations by leaps & bounds! I have HOPE to live a healthy life into my aging years with Dr Bessert & her staff.

I love Dr. Bessert and her staff at the Wayland Metro Health/UofM Health. I have been through several doctors trying to figure out what is wrong and she is the first that has really dug into things for me. I drive 40 minutes just to see her when I live within 15 minutes of medical mile in downtown. Her staff is great as well and have been warm and welcoming each time we have interacted. I recommend her to everyone!
