I don't think I've ever been treated so badly by a business! They lost my pillow, ripped my comforter without telling me and wouldn't let me take the curtains they altered home because they forgot to put a price in the computer. They simply said "come back maybe tomorrow, when my boss is here." I was picking them up three days after the scheduled pickup time! When I called to complain about the ripped comforter the lady said, "I dont know what you mean" and offered no way to help.
Absolutely awesome, organized, and my clothes always come back to be perfect! Nice reasonable rates too!!
Supposed to be open at 8, but nobody’s here at 8:15. I need my suit TODAY. Totally obnoxious, and now I have to go buy a suit because nobody was there. I will never be back.
