It’s a big gym with all your needs, including swimming pool, steam, sauna, dance basketball etc etc. The supervisor Ahmed is really friendly and cooperative. Their equipments are really exceptional. One thing I’d not want is the busyness. A Really busy gym

machines always broken and take a month to repair and also now they close at 12am. the main reason why we pay more is because its 24hours now that its not 24hours we shouldnt pay 50 a month. i can get the same service in another gym for less than 50
Reason I joined this gym it’s because Of the kids club . But they close it down and lady at the front desk told me that they automatically gonna stop charging me extra 36 something dollars. But it’s been 2 months they still charging Me for the kids club . I had to call them to cancel . Rip off . I can’t wait to cancel my membership this gym not even 24/7 .i should’ve just go to planet
Good big gym...lots of equipment but a bit dirty/unsanitary. Never have sanitizer or disinfectant to clean machines/ hands. Pretty Unsanitary conditions.
I've been a member for a while and took a hiatus, aka didn't show up for a few months. I came back to find the towel service has disappeared which was a great perk. Normally I would use the gym to swim during my lunch break planning to arrive between 2-2:30. Now the pool closes an hour every day between 2 and 3 for maintenance and cleaning. I am not sure what’s really happening as my first time back getting in the pool was around 3:30 the pool floor was covered in sand and was the cloudiest I have seen it.
They took towels away but would neglect paper towels / sanitary sprays upstairs to clean equipment. The mens room always smelled like urine was soaked into the floors .. No longer 24 Hours, hours were reduced and the price is up to like 55 -- Def not worth it.
This gym was 5 starts until it raised my rates and then started removing services a couple months later. Not a good business model. I've been coming here since they opened and their new business model forced me to leave.
Overall 24 Hour fitness quality has gone down. No longer providing towel service instead charging members to purchase towels with their logo. Wayne location and Saddle Brook are no longer Open 24 Hours, they close at midnight on certain days. With all that being said I don't think its worth the markup price of 50 dollars per month, not much is being given to members but taken away.
