I currently rent at Creekside North my floor started buckling on Thursday November 12th they did not send anybody out until Friday before closing on November 13th the damage is getting worse from a newly installed washer and dryer maintenance put in I am concerned that my floors gonna fall through over the weekend I want it to be fixed fast and appropriately this is habitability of the apartment I am just getting very upset

When I moved in they had no record of even sanitizing my apartment between tenants. There were so many flees we were to call exterminators three times. (Pics are from my \upgraded\ one bedroom, 625sqft, 1000/mo.)
Maintenance is very responsive, respectful, and professional. The property manager, Rachael has always validated any concern that I have had and has gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make my experience with leasing from Berger great!
I am coming to google reviews because the corporate office has ignored my direct concerns. My boyfriend and I lived at Millers Crossing for over a year and loved it! It was one of the best rental properties we have lived in. With that in mind we wanted to stay with Berger when we moved to the West Chester area. We have lived at Goshen Manor for about 6 months now and have had nothing but complaints. Most have been tolerable but the issues are becoming more serious. Our apartment building was flooded over a holiday weekend and water was in all the apartments on the ground floor ours included (we were away at the time). Thankfully our neighbor across the hall let us know what happened. The leasing office never reach out the maintenance man said “I knocked on your door and no one answered.” Our carpet was soaked and was left untreated for several days after we asked for action to be taken. The stench and uncomfortable living situation could have been avoided if action was taken sooner or if we were properly informed of the flooding. We pay far to much for a 700sqft apartment and for it to be flooded and no cause for concern. Bottom line is some Berger properties are well managed and some are not! Do your research before moving in!
