We have brought different vehicles for repair to them over the years, and their work is just perfect. They explain in detail what needs to be done, and complete the work on time as promised. Recently they went out of their way to deliver the vehicle to our home when the work was completed to minimize exposure to COVID-19 due to our high risk profile.

Never had a problem until now. Went in for a rear end incident and left with a broken mirror switche. And a torn steering wheel cover. When I questioned them they said they never touched the door. But the truck was on there property and it wasn't broken when I dropped it off. Long story short. This is my last visit to Black oak autobody. A 35.00 switch made them lose a customer for life. Thanks Ed & Artie. P.S. Thanks for the hot glue on the fog lights. You guys do Stellar work.
