We took a nice walk here. We were in the area, and wanted to take a stroll. It was a little isolated despite being located in the midst of hub bub.

The CVT is a great trail for running, walking and biking. Around the 5 mile marker a great variety of trees are labled. Vanguard and PNC Bank have repair stations near them that they sponsor (pump,bike stand and tools). The numerous trail bridges and tunnels limit the needed road crossings.

Loved this trail. We did a fantastic 28 mile bike ride, but this is also a great running/walking trail. Plenty of shade. And paved!
