Brought my 2 and 4 yr old here for Covid rapid tests. The staff was amazing! Friendly, courteous and quick! The place wasn't empty but they were super efficient and we were in and out in less than 1/2 hr.

The staff was amazing and took such good care when I brought in my 90 year old Dad for a COVID test. They have a very stressful job, seeing so many people a day but everyone was pleasant, friendly and professional. The waiting area was very clean as well. I would definitely recommend them - go early!

Normally i give the benefit of the doubt during a tough time however this place has proven to be highly unreliable to give FULL information on proper procedures and has little consideration for peoples time! Extremely disappointed as initially this place had staff members that proved to show interest in giving you full information on Covid testing protocols. They gooooooooone now....

This is a very well run place, I go here for all my medical needs. Got rapid testing to clear travel plans, we arrived at 630 AM and people were rapidly arriving to get in line... we were numbers 16 through 19.. the folks did say that the first in line showed up at 530AM...people had camp chairs and blankets...the first group of 20 will get their tests sometime in the morning.. they will take your name and call you so once they make a list of the first 20 people, they will let you leave the line...but! you must be able to drive back in 10 minutes!! they said for us, about 2 hours wait, so we did an errand. But they called back after an hour! so I would suggest staying close by in the mall and turn your cell phone to LOUD so you don't miss the call. Hope this helps someone plan their day. I would say if you come after noon you probably wont get the test. also, if you want a chance to be done by noon, you must get there before 630AM. (I'm reviewing for a busy Saturday, prior to Thanksgiving. your experience may vary!) Good luck! stay safe.

We were in Wayne location. Spent 2h with my son’s shoulder injury (ice hockey), got first check out done, 2 X-rays and professional orthopedic surgeon service. Second visit for check out is scheduled in 2 weeks. Dr. Gold is long time experienced orthopedic surgeon. He was very attentive to the injury details, double checked X-rays, gave professional recommendations. Thank you! Very convenient, fast, professional help. Register employees, nurses are very polite, helpful and caring. If you an account already, you don’t have to spent time for check in on electronic pad, just tell them you have been in CityMD previously for any reason.
