Cohen optical made my day today, and these events are far and few in between. I purchased my Ray Ban eye glasses from here 18 months ago, and I decided to go back in to get my nose pads replaced. I was greeted at the door by a wonderfully cordial associate, I explained that I would like to replace the nose pads and tighten up a screw. I had about 10 minutes to observe a well oiled machine of an operation moving like clock work with out sacrificing COVID protocols. The associates made sure there was only a safe amount of people in the store, and every employee/associate worked quickly and efficiently. As a business owner, I appreciate when employees can multi task, and not let phone calls slip through the cracks.I got my glasses back and they were like new.. best of all, it was completely free. Made me smile for hours and I am deff a Cohen optical customer for life. !

The staff here are all wonderful! Kind, patient, and super accommodating. They always try to help the patient as best as possible. They have a lovely eye exam receptionist, Khristine. She makes you feel at home and comfortable. Thanks guys!

Dr. Caragian is so amazing and laid back. He’s very easy to talk to. There’s never a long wait. He’s professional but down to earth. Erika also helped me for this years visit and was great!! She was so patient with me as I was undecided on which pair of glasses I wanted. She helped me a lot with choosing what looks best on me. Super sweet! She did not rush me, she took her time with me. My entire visit was top tier, honestly it always is. I’ve been coming here for years!

Always a top notch experience! The staff, especially Jeanne are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Very helpful with insurance issues and attentive and experienced with sales! They always have a great selection of the most stylish frames at any price point..I’ve purchased quite a few pairs of glasses and sunglasses at Cohen’s and never had a problem. Opticians are great at measuring which is imperative if you wear a progressive lens like me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Cohen’s fashion Optical @ Willowbrook Mall is the only place I trust! My 6 sisters love it her, everyone is so friendly and helpful. They do adjustments, exams, and contacts lens with ease, no hassle. They work with your needs and are meaning of word efficient All the employees are outstandingly exceptional. First and foremost Christine in the office because she does more than her job, gives you sense of safety when making decisions about your eyesight!

Great store with great people. I came in look for a new pair of sun glasses but didn’t know what to get. Samantha helped me pick out a frame that was comfortable, stylish, and in my price range. She then showed me the different colors of tints and the option to have them polarized. The lenses were cut and the frame was adjusted for a custom fit. The whole process was quicker than I expected. Thank you Samantha for helping me pick out the right sun glasses!

I’ve been wearing glasses since before I could walk so I’ve had my fair share of glasses over the years, and have been to more glasses stores than I can count, but I keep coming back to Cohen’s. I’ve never had a less than stellar experience while shopping for glasses here. The selection is always stylish as much as it is affordable. It’s easy to find frames that you can see out of that you can also see yourself in. Plus, they have some of the friendliest faces and most attentive employees (shoutout Peter and Gabrielle-you two made our day!) ready to give you assistance whenever you need it. Highly recommended!
