My father has two implants. Dr Li she is good doctor and the helpers are very friendly! Neat clean place the price is very affordable! Highly recommended Dr Li and her crews.

took 7 days to get a bill that was not on letterhead or dated took 5 more days to get a bill that was not legible xrays were blurry

I researched many dentists for implants and so glad I found Dr. Li. She and her staff made me feel very comfortable right away. The other dentists prices were so unfair and couldn't compare to Dr. Li's prices. She has compassion and makes it affordable for her patients. She recently completed three implants (at the same time) and I have to say with very little discomfort. They look and feel great! I was so happy with the results I am in the middle of getting another one done. I definitely recommend Dr. Li and her staff. They were very professional, friendly and do great work and at a reasonable price. It was all worth it!! Thank you Dr. Li!

Unacceptable experience! I called and made an appointment a month in advanced. Called them the day of my appointment to confirm the time and they didn’t have me on the schedule. No big deal, so I rescheduled later in the week. I showed up at my appointment time and sat for 45 minutes. Nobody else in the waiting room, just me. I finally got up to ask what’s going on and she said they took the gentleman in front of me because he was here before his 6:00 appointment even though I was there at 5:30 for my 5:30 appointment. I guess appointments don’t mean anything here, it’s first come first serve. Two bad experiences and never even made it to the cleaning process. They lost my business for good, I’m scheduling somewhere else.
