Don’t work for this company if you ever plan on having a baby. My wife recently had a baby and after birth she spent nearly all her time trying to get her disability benefits. It’s like they go out of their way not to help you. She keeps getting the runaround. Everyday she calls the LOA dept someone tells her something different she needs to do. At this point she just wishes she gets fired and claim unemployment benefits. It’s an excruciating pain to deal with but maybe that’s their plan. Moreover you don’t even know the insurance company to deal with as the company keeps changing insurance provider and the employee is left to figure out which insurance company to deal with without any help from the LOA team. They would even hang the phone up on you if you sound a little frustrated after waiting an hour to speak to them. I wouldn’t wish this treatment for my worst enemy.

I worked as a Director for this company for 3 years and I would recommend looking elsewhere for employment as this company is designed for the upper management to succeed on the backs of the workers. They regularly fail to manage their contracts appropriately and upper management regularly took credit for the improvements completed by the Director and their team. I saved the client 58K annually on medical waste at one location and after this mistreatment I transferred to another division within their company and completed all the tasks the Client was supposed to do and was then was replaced once everything was completed. In 3 years I had 3 different Client Management Teams at the same site and no support from upper management. I became tired of working for people who know less than I do. Managers regularly spent their clients money frivolously. I recall 1 manager purchasing a set of golf clubs with their P Card. So if you have friends in upper management then maybe this place would work for you. But be prepared for disappointment. It is a shame, Crothall could be a very good Company if the upper management had the leadership skills required to be successful. I have found most of these Contract companies only shine in a few locations while most of their facilities suffer.
