Great store and generally love the Disney brand for the experience but not today. Went to pick up some last minute gifts for my friends’ kids. My daughter and I we’re browsing and every time I turn around, there was an associate hovering and looking at us with suspicion. Seriously? There were a lot of people in there store and they were Caucasian. Somehow, we’re the ones they are following around. Obviously if they wanted to help they would have asked if they can help me with something. But not just an intimidating stare. Why because I’m Asian? Really?

What a fun, magical, and festive store. Bought some great gifts for the kids for the holidays.
Went there and I was wearing a mask and they said I had to put on one of their masks under mine I went to every other store and no problem I walked out nothing wrong with the mask I was wearing
Everything is clean and well organized. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Super friendly and attentive! Can't believe customer service like this still exists in 2020 in the northeast but I'll take it.
