This Dr. Gupta is amazing and so personable. THE OFFICE STAFF IS AMAZING!! Jessica is always friendly and polite. From top to bottom they are all great people. They treat me like family.
The doctor is fine the staff is such an ill-mannered and incompetent. Just try to call them and you will know. The real pain begins when they charge your regular insurance instead of vision insurance or sometimes just send you an outrageous amount of bill. They give you unnecessary attitude, as if they are doing you a favor of some sorts. I along with my family will be looking for a new doctor that actually takes care of its patients.
I wish this would allow me to give zero stars. First off the receptionist was extremely rude. I simply asked how much longer the wait would be because we have waited 30 minutes past our scheduled time already and her response was “OK?” In a rude tone. As i was sitting in the waiting room she probably argued with more than 3 patients over the phone loudly. You would think someone of that position would have a great deal of patience regardless of having a bad day or not. Finally after an hour we were called back. The eye doctor in the back that took care of us and nurse that took us back were both pretty nice so i suppose they can split the one star review. However will not be returning to this location.
This place is a joke! I’ve waited 30 minutes past my appointment when I finally went up to ask how much longer I had to wait and the receptionist tells me ...... “ we are waiting on the doctor to arrive so I don’t know “ . So that means that they schedule people without a doctor onsite!!!! Totally unprofessional, this place is the worst.
