I wish they had negative stars. That is what this doctor deserves! She is seeing my dad in the hospital and has no interest in his medical history and keeps giving medication that does more harm than good. He worse now than he was was when he was admitted for being under her care. If you or a family member is admitted to St. Joe's hospital Wayne or Paterson and she is seeing them please please ask to have another doctor take care of you or your loved one.

If I could give a 1/4 star I would. 1 star is too much for this doctor and staff office. Absolutely the most unprofessional staff and doctor I have ever had to deal with. I was given 2:10pm appointment for my 82 year old mother. We arrived at 2pm, checked in and sat down. At 2:45 when I asked how long it was going to be, I was told the doctor wasn't even there. When asked why I was give a 2:10 appointment when the doctor isn't there, I was told the doctor was expected to arrive at 2pm and did not. You have 2 girls sitting there, you would think one would call the doctor and ask how long she was going to be, or tell us that the doctor is running late, that you are trying to find out how late she will be, would you like to reschedule, apologize for the delay. NOPE, NOTHING. Walked out with my mother and now looking for a new doctor. If you have time to waste or want to be treated rude by the staff, then this is your doctor.

I don't ever post reviews but this one is necessary. This has been by far the WORST office experience i have encountered. Staff is absolutely rude especially the office manager. I've waited 2 months just for an authorization to be approved by the office for my medication. I've constantly called to remind staff and they made it seem like i'm bothering them. You walk in and staff are always on their cell phones texting. I've called/asked several times if they can relay the message to the doctor so that we can go over my lab work results and i have yet to hear back from her. Talk about NEGLIGENCE. You're better off taking your health into your own hands because the office is not responsive. Terrible experience.

Worst experience ever! Horrible doctor. Can never get intouch with her - with an emergency Need to call office and throw the word eglect\ around for you to get a call back. Doesn't care about her patients. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME YOU WILL ONLY GET MORE SICK!! Staff is RUDE You feel like your \bothering\ them when you call to make an appointment. Hafez has HORRIBLE bedside manor. From experience, RUN!
