I went looking for Maui Jim sunglasses, he has the largest selection in my area (Chester County). Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and very helpful with out being pushy. I live close to an hour away and I am pretty sure I will be making the drive to receive their excellent service. Frank helped me to figure out the fit on the sunglasses and the man knows his stuff! I learned a lot! Also, there's an awesome tailor/alterations place there too!

My son was only one when we came the first time. Dominik was so kind and helpful making sure that he was comfortable in his glasses, and we can't thank Frank enough for how quickly he fit the lens and his kindness towards my son and me. We don't live very close but we will always use Gimbel Eye Associates.

I had an appointment at the tailor next door, they were running late so my wife and I walked into Gimbel Eye Associates. We were just looking, the greeting by everyone that works there was welcoming and professional. I ended up working with Frank, he was the most unbeliverable sale person I have ever met. He knew every answer to every question, he was able to overcome all my objections, investigated my insurance on the spot, saved me 70% and I bought new glasses. I was only looking... Also they told me the glasses would be a week until they were ready, three days later they stayed open late for me and I had my glasses prior to a business trip. WOW , I was blown away. So I took my 11 year old daughter there, she knew exactly what she wanted, they did not carry them. one day later, they located the glasses, had them shipped out and i am picking them up today!! This has been the best eye glass experience ever!! Not to mention one of the best shopping experiences ever. Thanks

I travel all the from Center City to Wayne because of their exceptional service. They have always spoiled me rotten and always cared to explain everything to me. Whenever I have a problem with my glasses they quickly fix it and the price is so reasonable that I am happy to pay it :)

The most comprehensive eye exam, the best customer service, knowledgeable and very friendly staff. It was my first eye glasses experience (not the first eye exam though), I didn't know anything about eyeglasses and lenses, but they were really patient with me answering my questions and explaining everything even after a few weeks I got my eye glasses. (I am a very picky shopper). I absolutely recommend Gimbel eye associates to everyone who needs an eyewear or the best eye exame.
