I visited the Canton location as I had a dental emergency. I called after 5pm for an appointment as soon as possible. Christine made every effort to get me in the next day and offered me 2 possible times. The afternoon appointment was questionable as the dentist had another procedure at the same time and she had to ask for his OK. She called me early the next morning and I was able to come in early afternoon even though they were booked.

When my dental insurance changed, I started going to the Wayne facility. The staff is great. Techs are friendly and thorough. I had one tech that even took the time to answer all of my questions throughout the cleaning/exam just because I was curious about all of the different instruments and procedures. I have been very happy with my interactions with all staff so far. I have been in for routine cleanings, annual checks, and dental work and have zero complaints. They are being very diligent about following COVID protocols and I felt incredibly comfortable in their facility.

I appreciate their dedication to oral healthcare. They not only provide immediate and periodical services they provide information. They are very communicative about oral health care and supportive with payment information. Very pleasant customer service.

This place is a money pit I'm 39 yrs old I've never had cavities before. I went to this office because my dentist office closed. I usually go every 6 months. I went here and the doctor told me I had five cavities. So I decided to get a second opinion elsewhere. I had no cavities. They were gonna change 800 for a fillings.They just want you money. Do not go here please! They don't even deserve a star
