I went to Jared to consider purchasing a gift for my boyfriend. As soon as I enter the store, I was greeted by all staff. I met with Tristan who provided me outstanding customer service. I was uncertain about my purchase; however, he was patient, professional, and pleasant. Tristan made several selections I would have never considered. I did not make a purchase but I promised to return and will meet with Tristan because I received outstanding customer service. Thank you very much.

I was searching for the perfect ring for about 12 yrs. I lost my original engagement ring which was custom made. I didn’t think I would find anything at all. The sales people there were nice enough but there was one who had a bit of an attitude because he thought we didn’t have good credit or god knows what he imagined and was a bit dismissive. The other one, whom I believe his name is Frank. He was very nice and attentively listened to everything I said which was that I like unique, classic non gaudy looking jewelry. So biggest is not necessarily best when it comes to my tastes... which the other guy understood as “no money”! Frank, patiently waited on me and help me pick a ring that took my breath away! When they ran our credit imagine how surprised the other guy was when he realized I could have purchased a more expensive ring!you never can tell who is going to walk into your store so be courteous and don’t judge! I’m very happy with my purchase and with the way Frank treated us and if he worked on commission He earned every bit! Loved the selection and the fact that I wasn’t rushed! Would definitely go again! Thank you frank! This is a Vera wang. These pics don’t do it justice, but I love it!
