I had a wonderful experience at the West Belt location. The employees, Josh and Rose, were very professional and friendly. I noticed that they were making sure that everything was clean and that the customers (including myself) were satisfied. The manager, Doug, made sure that everything was in order and also worked along with his employees. They seem to have a great manager and employee relationship. Overall, I had a great experience and will return in the future.

I love the #8 Mike's way. The staff there last night was awesome. They all worked in unison at making a number of subs. They were friendly and polite. I am always happy when I visit this location!!
Had to wait about 20minutes past my \order ready\ time but the staff is always super friendly and were apologetic for the delay. Great customer service and food was great too
Slower than other restaurants but everything is made fresh. Store has a Subway feel to it. Excellent subs.
