I lived at John Hix apartment for many years. I have no complaints. The community was quiet, clean, friendly and safe. From past renting experiences, the rent is reasonable. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to lease in this area. Overall satisfied tenant!

I have absolutely loved living here for the last two years. My husband and I have a one bedroom. We also love the location. Excellent community. Very nice and friendly neighbors. Any issues in your apartment, it will be handled quickly.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT rent any apartment here!! Yes it’s cheap and convenient, but you also get BED BUGS! The owner will then make up excuses that YOU brought them in!!! Also try to to keep your money!!! Zero star!!!!
