Horrible management. Major maintenance problems and it takes forever for a response. Finally when someone comes all they do is rig it up. Never actually fix the problem. My 2 year old son has mold in his room from the a/C leak. All they did was wash the carpet area. Still has mildew smell. Water from the toilet is coming from under the tile and I have been waiting for over a week for someone to come out. Raccoons in dumpster that they won't call and have removed. So people throw trash outside of the dumpster and pile up til the morning. Absolutely nothing gets done. But want rent paid on the 1st.
