Call so you know when they are open. Very pleasant and service-oriented. Were careful to assure that I knew when my glasses were ready. The glasses are great. I know if I need something it will be taken care of.

I went here for a contact lens eye exam and ordered about 70 in contacts, knowing that my insurance has a 150 allowance. When I made the order I was told that I had 80 left that I could use to buy contacts at that time but I decided to use it later in the year. Months later I checked my insurance to see exactly how much I had left and found that the full 150 was claimed by this provider. In some circles this is known as insurance fraud. I called them about this and was forwarded a check for the missing amount. Who knows how many people they have stolen from thinking that they would never notice!
