I LOVE Michael's! I make jewelry and get my beads there. I love the sales and use a coupon every visit. I always leave with a bag full of items. The route 23 Wayne store is my favorite. They have a better set up and more stock. Lately, I have been visiting other locations and it isn't the same.

I came here with a friend to buy some acrylic paint and some brushes. But ended up buying much more I enjoyed the shopping experience with plenty to choose from.
Today I went to purchase a few items with my sister and her dad and when it came to pay for our items, there was a worker I believe her name was Cindy Or Mindy I’m sorry if I forgot and she was just this kind, respectful and amazing person. She made me smile today and I just don’t know what to say I’m just so glad/happy I came to Michaels today!! Thank you for making me smile today I just wanted some people to know the great service this store has!!!!!
Went for a specific item. Christmas ribbon. I could not believe that almost all Christmas merchandise was sold out. Lucky I found ribbon I could use for my project. Turned out great.
This Michaels is by far the best 1 ive been to its so well stocked & organized i found everything i needed!!!
Walked in and was immediately greeted with no masks. Incredibly unsafe for those who are immune compromised. Mangers simply had no regard for those not wearing masks. Someone should really report this, but take this as a sign not to go in.
I love michaels. Can't go in it without buying something! But the fact that they don't take competitors coupons now is just whack. Their products are great. Their clearance is pretty good too.
