I have picked 96 Mountain View Auto Collision Center, Wayne NJ because it was listed as TESLA Approved Body shop and I’m glad that I have picked them. Mike & his engineers were very professional, knowledgeable to deal with Tesla repair. They have explained everything to the detailed that was going to be done, to fix my 6 weeks old Tesla Model Y rear ended by distracted driver. Post repair color matched very well with rest of the car. The car looks like nothing ever happened.

I scratched up the side of my car on the wall of the parking garage at work and needed the scratch repaired and repainted. I previously had work done by them and they come recommended by Progressive. They did a good job and and I had my car back good as new in a week. It was very convenient because Enterprise is located there also so this time the rental car was waiting for me there so no need to go to the main Enterprise location. Every day I received texts from them texting me the progress of the car and when it would be finished.

Had car worked on there. When I dropped off my car I asked to get a little help with the fee I owe from my insurance spoke the owner mike and he said ok. When I get the call to come pick up I wanted to verify that the deal is still on and I get told no so I ha e to go back and forth for some time till he agreed made my first payment as agreed. But had lost my wallet so I had to report it being gone I let mike know via text his answer was not my problem you have till Wednesday to pay or I am taking you to court keep in mind that was today’s away. I get a text on Wednesday morning from mike saying he’s giving my one last time to pay before he filed. I replied that I told you the other day I lost my wallet and I’m waiting on my bank cards to come in mail he said. Not his problem. Worst customer service ever and there work is not that great there’s runs in the paint work Will never go back
I brought my car here after it got rear-ended. I had damage to the front bumper, back bumper, and the trunk lid would not close. I got my car back and it looked as good as new! The only negative is that they originally quoted me two weeks, but it ended up taking about a month or so. Then again, it was the holiday season so you also have to take into account that they probably took off for the holidays and had to wait to get some of the parts in stock. Overall, I am very happy with how it turned out and the customer service was great!
