What a great service! Beck was my sales person who was able to get all my paperwork ready in the record time. I think I spent less than an hour at the dealership and walked away with brand new MDX at the price that no other dealership in the area was able to match. I went a couple of weeks ago and Humberto Cruz was very helpful and took care of me when it came to leasing my next vehicle! He explained all the features of my new ILX. He was very patient with the process even though it was almost closing time. He made sure to explain to me all the features of the car before I left the lot! Thank you for your help and I definitely recommend asking for Humberto Cruz when coming in. He also cared and gave my sister and mother water while we signed the paperwork which I definitely appreciated. Also, I want to give a big shout out to Jesse who I believe is the first point of contact when you call the dealership. I spoke to her way before coming in and explained my frustration at a different dealership. I felt she took me very serious and she wanted my business. We were able to negotiate on the phone and came to a final price that we both agreed on. She was very nice, professional, and is probably the reason why I came the next day. Both Humberto and Jesse made for a great team and got me into a vehicle I wanted!!!

Me and my husband were very impressed with the quality of vehicles that Open Road Acura of Wayne had to offer. We had come from another dealership whose staff really didn't make us feel that welcomed. We are very grateful that we had Dave Scattereggia as our sales person to make our process easier and mostly pleasant with our Acura purchased.
