Anniversary dinner. Just got back. Food was so good. Did the chef's 5 course tasting for each of us. The cocktails were fantastic. Atmosphere was great. Noise levels were very moderate. Will definitely go back.

I do believe the meal would have been much better not on a holiday. The thanksgiving prix fixe left something to be desired. The biggest downfall was the cranberry sauce. It had a very weird bite to it. Similar to a vinegar taste, which made it seem as though it had spoiled. The meal took extremely long with unnecessary wait time between courses. I also feel.the waitresses werent used to higher volume, they all seemed stretched too thin. I would not try this a second time.

Food is absolutely terrible. I ordered the rainbow trout which was definitely frozen beforehand. I found pieces of paper in the potatoes which were also definitely frozen. The meatball appetizer was unevenly heated and came out within minutes which just immediately tells you it was microwaved. I am extremely disappointed and cannot believe they charge such high prices for such awful food.
It has all changed since the new year. It used to be a great hang out with friends and family, now the bar is not even close to being great. They don't pay any attention to the customers, they do not even ask if you would like to have something to eat or drink. They leave you hanging for 30 minutes, until you ask for a menu. We are very disappointed with the changes they have made for this great place and how it used to be before. They also took away the best food from the menu.
I was expecting better based on the reviews I read. Service was 3 1/2, they messed up a few drink orders and one entree had to be sent back. The staff did go out of their way to correct the issues. I wasn't sure what their best dish was so I told the waiter to bring me what he thought was good. I got a steak cooked medium which was how I like them and it was just ok. Portions were average size. I had an old fashioned which I thought was pretty good, some places have a tough time making them correctly. The dessert menu didn't impress me so I passed, and opted for another old fashioned. The decode in the restaurant I would rate a 4 to 4 1/2. I would say the style was upscale contemporary.
Nice ambiance. Food is delicious. Staff very helpful. Excellent bar selection. Will return soon!
I had a lovely outdoor lunch on the front patio porch. It's a lot nicer being there than from the way it looks from the street. Salads were excellent, the Scottish salmon add-on was large fresh and tasty. Prices were reasonable given the elegance of the venue. It was a perfectly lovely place to have a summer luncheon.
