I cannot thank Paul Miller Collision Center , especially service manager Fab, for the amazing job completed on my 2015 4 series. Fab and his staff are complete professionals and go above and beyond to meet and exceed customer expectations. Fab , was kind and unbelievably understanding regarding my car and stayed in contact with me with repair updates and overall progress. Fab made an extremely stressful event worry free and positive. I am grateful to Fab and his returning my car to me better then the day I bought it.

Horrible! I dropped my car off on a Sunday and was told my car would be ready in one week at most. I was told they would ensure that all parts are in before I drop it off. I called last Thursday and was told they simply needed to paint it and it was a 2 day job. I was told my car would be ready early this week. As of yesterday the car was not painted. I was told they are waiting on a part. We need our car this week to leave for a holiday family trip. I have been lied to several times. All of these emails and phone calls are with Laurie L. We are removing all positive reviews for the Paul Miller Subaru. We have only had this car 6 months. The repairs are cosmetic and there was no rush. We would have waited until after Christmas if we were not lied to. Update...we still don't have our car back. I have been recording the conversations now which is legal as long as one party is aware. I was told in one conversation yesterday that my car was not done. Five minutes later they said it was done but the insurance never came to inspect it. We contacted the better business bureau and plan to seek reimbursement for the rental car via our attorney.
