You couldn't pay me to make a return visit to this \hospital\. I've never felt so insulted from a resident and medical staff. If I had to make a choice between going to this ER for help or dying, I'd choose death. Cause at least death takes you serious and knows what it's talking about. And if that sounds too dramatic..its only because it is. I'm clearly still pretty friggin upset.

I had all of my 3 children (two of which TWINS) delivered at PMC and we were more than happy with our care! The staff calls you by name from reception to, EVS, to the nursing staff. My children all had their tube surgery with the ENT there and everything went great! I've also had to make a few trips to their ER and that staff was very accomodating. We are very grateful for PMC!

Wonderful small town hospital with friendly nurses, doctors and other staff. Make you feel like your just “not another patient”.

The staff is small but the nurses and doctors really do care. They do their best for a small town hospital with a budget. They are constantly working twords perfection, don't let the receptionists fool you, this is a very kind and hardworking hospital.

I have been trying for over a month to resolve a workman's comp claim that was sent to my personal address. Jackie, in billing, doesn't seem the least bit interested in getting this issue resolved. Finally, after leaving many unreturned messages to Jackie, I was able to reach her. I was ready to give her the phone number of my boss, who was going to pay her over the phone. She stated that she wasn't going to call him because it was HIS responsibility to call HER and she wasn't going to chase him. She finally agreed to call him... We'll see. I am trying to resolve this issue to the best of my ability and Jackie just doesn't care. If I could give a no star, I would.
