We came here on a Friday evening and the facility is pretty clean and the kids really enjoyed it. The only thing I would suggest is making sure you purchase your tickets before and sign the waiver. The check in process could have been a lot smoother we had to wait a bit and it took them a while to pull up our information. Staff was really friendly and made sure everyone was safe.

Great place to bring your kids to wear them out and let them burn lots of energy. The facility is brand-new so it is nice and clean and well-kept. The staff is friendly as well. If you're in the neighborhood you should definitely give them a try.
Awesome staff. They're kind and personable. They help by getting more balls for the children, showed patience, and regulated play time well. This jump space is intimate and adequate for small children. Watching younger children is ideal with this set up.
I drove 1 hour to take my daughter here. Although their website says you can pay for jump time they only offer memberships. The staff doesn't care, do not waste your time or money here. There are much better trampoline parks.
In this place kids get some exercise, especially during winter months. There's no don't or is good but the guards don't care much about the people who need to get off the trampoline and then it gets congested, so it's good for the early coming because they have some more time for free but not for the following comes because trampoline section gets jammed. If you go late enough you'll get the last half hour for free since workers don't care. Also little kids jump around in the bigger section and my daughter almost hit a couple of kids while jumping, so these guards need to pay a bit more attention. When you get here make sure to get a bottle of water since a bottle will cost you 3 and there's a place to refill water next to the bathrooms. There was a coffee spilled on the floor and took more than half hour to clean and somewhat dirty. Otherwise it's a good place but less attended than other ones around the area. See pictures uploaded and videos for details.
Took my children there for quick outing. We’d never been there before so wanted to try some place new. The wait to get in was long even though there weren’t that many people ahead of us and then the woman who checked us in was less than welcoming. We also had brought our own jumping socks that we had purchased at a different trampoline parks and used in many other places, but we were forced to buy their socks at 3.25 per pair- not the biggest deal, just annoying. I’m sure the argument is you need their so is for liability reasons (though they make you sign your life away anyways at these parks so not the best argument). Overall the trampoline park is clean and standard, but not very large (as compared to other parks we’ve been to like Urban Air) and it got pretty crowded fairly quickly. My children won’t push their way through crowds so they got pretty bored pretty quickly. So while we didn’t have a bad experience, we likely won’t go back there.
I had my sons Birthday party here for the second time. Amazing, clean. Leslie my party attendant was out of this world. So helpful. Always there helping. I couldn't be happier. I highly reccomend!
This was our 1st visit and over all we had a fun time. It was not crowded at all and hand sanitizer was all over to use. My only complaint was seeing garbage such as bottles and ice cream cups around the jump facility. We wanted to purchase drinks feom the vending machine but it was cash only so we tried the concession stand no one was working the counter.
