Due to covid everything has changed. What i can say is that the self ordering kiosk is very well social distanced. The text alerts are on time and when you walk back in to pick up your food your name is called in minutes. The food was very well prepared and tast AMAZING! Definitely will recommend the perfecr spot for a quick bite to eat.

Above average but not in a league of its own Good - burgers taste delicious - touch screen ordering with pictures and square pay - you can add your number and they will text when your order is ready i suggest this read the cons - only took about 20 minutes to get our food and it was packed - outdoor seating though no rain covered - cool water taps and cups and root beer taps - very modern layout and styling Bad - order calling system (they have a timid voiced young male calling out the orders), the place is packed there’s a lot of noise no one hears him(why not use the speaker system?) - every table was full and there is a decent line I expect it to be like every other burger place in a few months - not as much seating as they could use indoor wise - wish the cheese had more of an artificial taste for the fries (judge me) Summary Solid will come back
This was our first time visiting the location, spent an hour waiting and never got any food. I was starving and even though they offered to redo my order for free, I just wanted to leave. I've sent an email with my experience, it's been 4 days with no response so I'm assuming their customer service is just as slow.
Liked the food but I gotta admit it wasn't the best compared with the competition out there. Still, it's well done!
The service at this new shake shack was quick and fast. Located across from Dick's Sporting goods, you've got ample parking space and outdoor seating for those warmer days. Similar to other chains like Panera, this location sports the self order kiosks making things a bit easier as well. Pull up, enjoy your shake, and scarf down a burger while you're at it.
