We have had Steve as our insurance broker for over 25 years and he has always been incredibly responsive. Most recently I needed a very quick turn-around on insurance for a new vehicle. I called him (on a Saturday) and he answered on the second ring and within 10 minutes I had my insurance card emailed to me! Great service!

My 2015 vehicle just broke down this a.m. while driving. I called number on back of my insurance card and after waiting 15 minutes, incompetent rep took forever to Try to even arrange simple tow...so I called my agent Steve D'Orio directly who was \in a meeting\,although I expressed to receptionist it was important, and he never came to phone. I waited over 3 and a half hours,missed day of work Really? Deplorable customer care. I calledZteve back again and he was \on the phone \ agaim,again, I explained to receptionist I've been waiting Hours,no calls back,no tow yruck.I...finally called tow truck myself. I will be leaving this agency to goto a broker I know has supirb customer care. Do Not Recommend this agency,or for that matter generic,poorly trained State Farm.
