Great customer service. The optometrist was very personable. The glasses fit and look great. I liked my first pair so much I returned and bought a pair of prescription sunglasses too. Customer Service matters. I will definitely return for my next pair of glasses.
Outstanding experiences here over many years. I have tried other eyewear specialists including a recent visit to another Sterling Optical franchise and have realized the Sterling in Wayne is the place for me. Excellent customer service but, also fantastic technical work performed on site. They'll make sure your glasses fit comfortably and correctly. They won't let you leave until you are 100% satisfied.

The Wayne, PA staff is polite, patient, and very helpful. Vance has been our “go-to” for years, and Jeffrey is a new employee, who is professional and knowledgeable as well. Their frames selection is trendy and high quality—yet less expensive than other comparable optical stores.
