Bad experience here. They tell you one thing then do the opposite. No deals here better to try other place. I was over charged on what was promised first. Never going back.

Worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company and I would never to go with Allstate again for my car insurance. Everything started out fine, I got a great quote that was about 30 cheaper than my old car insurance. Then 6 months later without warning they upped my auto insurance from 150 a month to 215 a month. I had no traffic stops or accidents. I tried contacting my agent SEVERAL times about this and she a.) Wouldn't pick up the phone or return my voicemail or b.) When I finally did talk to my agent she said she would get back to me & never even tried to contact me back. I had to call Allstate's 1-800 number to finally get some kind of explanation of why my policy went up almost 70 with no reason and the best explanation I got was Michigan's rates have gone up. I drive a Kia Soul with 250,000 miles on it there's no way I'm going to pay a 70 increase on a car that's pretty much worthless. Anyways now I have to scramble this week and find new car insurance this because of these guys. Thanks Allstate.

Never answers calls. Bad agent to begin with he over charged and never got me the deals he promised. I was charged two months extra!!!! After I terminated the policies!!!!!
