We moved my mom from another assisted living community in Wayne to The Bristal a little over a year ago. Although she was in her mid 90's and change had never come easy for her, it was clearly one of the best decisions we made regarding her care. From the minute she moved into this beautiful resort-like community, she was treated with kindness, love and respect. From the administrators, to the housekeepers, to the nursing staff the aides, and everyone else in between (Trish, Jonathan, activities peeps, my dear sweet Wanda, Frank, and everyone else), I never encountered anyone without a smile (you could actually see smiles through the masks!) and a cheery word. Sadly, my mom passed away last week, and even as her time here came close to an end, the outpouring of love and comfort we received from the staff as well as the residents, who became her friends, was nothing short of amazing. The Bristal runs like a well oiled machine, with Oscar, the director providing an exemplary example of how an assisted living community should be run. We are forever grateful for the care mom received. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

My Mom only lived at The Bristal for a very short time, but her time there was nothing but the best. She received wonderful care. The staff is kind and caring and always smiling. The facility is immaculate and beautiful. She enjoyed her time there and will miss being there. I would highly recommend The Bristal . Oscar, Marsha and Trish are the best. I will miss all of you and I will be coming back to visit.

We moved my Mom to The Bristal at Wayne because they had an excellent program for Alzheimer/Dementia. Mom had fallen and sustained a L2 fracture in October 2019 and we placed her in Rehab near her. Eventually she was evaluated and placed in long term care and not memory care. The facility was to far for my brother and we started to look again. We made an appointment and met with Danielle Cana. We toured the facility and were so happy. It looked like a hotel more then an Assisted Living. Danielle explained the kind of care my Mom would receive in Reflections which is their Memory Care program. We moved her in on February 29th. I cannot tell you what a difference from the facility she was in and now at The Bristal at Wayne. The food is excellent, recreation is great plus the staff is unbelievably WONDERFUL!!!!!! The Doctor on staff there is so caring. If there is a problem she attends to it promptly. All I can say is I feel so safe with my Mom being there. One of her aides Facetimes me so I could see my Mom during the pandemic lock down. Now there is outdoor visitation so I can see her in person. The staff goes above and beyond to make the family feel at ease that their loved ones are so cared for. I know it’s a hard chose for families to make for their loved one, but I would refer The Bristal at Wayne to anyone!!!!! Come and take a tour, you will not be disappointed. Connie B.
