I don’t usually shop at this particular location. However, this was my second time trying to make an exchange and they gave me the runaround for the second time. I must say the cashier was quite pleasant and she was not unprofessional at all (for as far as I know). The manager Trish is the absolute WORST. She has a very nasty attitude and seems very unhappy with her job. She should receive additional training in providing exceptional customer service if she continues to represent this company. Not once did she make eye contact with me and by the look on her face (knitted eyebrows) she seemed very annoyed with the fact that I went up to her regarding the issue as she was folding shirts. She claimed that was the first she was hearing about me trying to return which is a lie because the cashier went up to her twice to ask questions about my return. I decided to not even bother with this store at all by taking back my merchandise and leaving. I asked for the managers name and the location number and it took forever just to provide me with that information. I was finally provided a business card with the company name and 1800 number. After realizing this I went back to the store and asked once again for the information I initially requested. At this point I had the corporate office personnel on the phone waiting. Store manager Trish provided her name and store number with a distasteful attitude and expression on her face. In the end the corporate office personnel was able to locate my purchase and was very accommodating. Great job keeping a valued customer Children’s Place! But I will never return to this location FOR SURE.

Terrible service. A long line and manager texting like no one is there. Size selection is limited. Never again in that store!!!

Friendly personnel, nice clothes for kids, but they do not accept foreign credit cards which is a real stupid thing if you want to make a good turn over. We tried my and a friends credit card and both got rejected there. For locals a good place for nice T-shirts for girls.

You need to know how to work there sales before shopping here. Here the tags list the clothes as at least double what you should pay. Just check their online store where 90% of the time everything is 50% off and always free shipping.
