I signed up before they opened back in August. Their opening has been delayed due to COVID-19. They started charging my account in December. I have called and emailed them several times to cancel my account. They do not return phone calls. In the past month they have only returned one of several emails and they still have not cancelled my account.

I called this gym to confirm that they are open,and was told yes they are. I immediately came out here to try using my membership at this location, and completely got played. As you can see, the doors are locked and this gym is not open. I was completely lied to! I saw they they had 1 star reviews already, and although I'm a member at another location, I see for myself. This place should be shut down. Unbelievable. SO GLAD THAT I DONT HAVE A MEMBERSHIP AT THIS LOCATION. IF YOU ARE PONDERING ABOUT IT, DONT DO IT! I have pictures of the place being locked up, but can't share on here. Will post on fb.
